Nasi Megana

Resep Cara Membuat Nasi Megana Gaya Salaman

Bahan:

Untuk Nasi
250g beras

Untuk Sayur
mbayung (daun kacang panjang)
kacang panjang secukupnya
toge kacang hijau secukupnya
kubis cwiwis secukupnya

Bumbu Ke-1 Untuk Dihaluskan:
4 siung bawang putih
4 cabai rawit
1 ml gula jawa
garam secukupnya
0,5 ml trasi
2 kerat jeruk wangi
0,5 cm kencur

Bumbu Ke-2 Untuk Dikukur:
0,2 buah kelapa tidak terlalu tua

Bumbu Ke-3 Untuk Ditambahkan:
12 ekor teri tidak asin
1 papan petai

Clara memasak:

Bumbu dan Sayuran
1. bumbu ke-1 dihaluskan, ditambahkan kepada kelapa yang telah dikukur, dicampur, ditambahi teri dan petai maka jadilah bumbu urap mentah.
2. bumbu urap mentah dicampurkan di kumpulan sayur, dicampur hingga merata maka jadilah urap sayuran mentah

Nasi megana
1. beras dimasak dengan air secukupnya dalam rice cooker sampai air tinggal sedikit
2. tambahkan urap sayuran mentah di atasnya, tutup
3. tunggu sampai sayur termasak dengan matang maka nasi megana siap dihidangkan

cara lain
1. beras dimasak dengan air secukupnya dalam rice cooker sampai air tinggal sedikit
2. rice cooker di off kan ditunggu sampai air, terbentuk nasi setengah matang
3. nasi setengah matang dikukus dengan kukusan dan di atasnya diberi urap sayuran mentah, tutup
4. tunggu sampai sayuran matang maka nasi megana siap dihidangkan
